Our approach
At Target Research, we support decision-makers working in complex environments by providing context-aware analysis grounded in rigorous research and expert judgment. Context first
We begin every assignment with a deep understanding of context. Political, social, economic, and institutional dynamics shape outcomes as much as formal policies or technical design. We therefore prioritize contextual analysis before defining research questions, selecting methods, or proposing solutions.
Fit-for-purpose research
We do not apply fixed templates. Research design is tailored to the problem at hand, combining qualitative and quantitative methods where they add value. Interviews, surveys, document analysis, and field observation are used selectively and strategically, guided by the decision needs of the client rather than methodological orthodoxy.
