Target Trajectory Monitor
Target Trajectory Monitor (TTM) is Target Research’s monthly intelligence publication covering political, governance, and strategic developments across Central Asia. Each issue identifies the signals, risks, and trajectories most likely to shape the region over the coming 12–18 months.
Research, Evaluation & Analysis
Tailored research projects designed to answer specific policy, programme, investment, or organisational questions. Assignments may combine interviews, focus groups, surveys, stakeholder mapping, evaluations, political economy analysis, and desk research. Recent work has examined governance, security, media environments, social cohesion, and development challenges across Central Asia.
Strategic Advisory
Direct access to senior analytical judgment on Central Asia, typically structured as a retainer. Clients use this for real-time orientation on fast-moving situations, background on specific actors and dynamics, and independent perspective when internal teams need an outside read.A small number of retainer relationships are maintained at any one time to ensure genuine responsiveness.
Who we work with
Target Research works with a deliberately selective client base. Clients include diplomatic missions, UN agencies, European institutional bodies, development organisations, and private sector actors with Central Asia exposure.
We do not undertake assignments that require covert intelligence collection, and we reserve the right to decline work that conflicts with our editorial independence or professional standards.
